NATCHITOCHES, La. - The Natchitoches Police Department have arrested a Natchitoches man for a shooting that happened last May. Natchitoches police investigators located Jarvis Ocon, 26, Wednesday and charged him with attempted second-degree murder. He's held in the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center. Ocon is accused of shooting a juvenile multiple times. It happened on May 23 in the 1800 block of South Drive. The juvenile was treated for his injuries.
