The identity of a bicyclist who was hit and killed by a vehicle in Orange County has been released. It happened shortly before 9:00 Sunday night on Farm to Market Road 1131 just northwest of Vidor. The Texas Department of Public Safety says 44-year-old Israel Brumley, of Beaumont, was riding a bicycle and carrying groceries when he was hit and killed. However, the name of the driver of the pickup truck that hit Brumley has not yet been released.
