NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - The Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man they say was involved in child pornography downloads, as well as unlawfully carrying a weapon.
Bryan Keith Christian, 39, was arrested at work on Wednesday and charged with six counts of possession of child pornography. Sheriff Jason Bridges said the attorney general alerted the sheriff’s office of someone downloading multiple images or videos of child pornography. Three of those charges were third degree felonies, and three were first degree felonies.
Sheriff Bridges said a search warrant also allowed law enforcement to seize electronics from Christian’s home and expects more charges.
When law enforcement went to Christian’s workplace to arrest him, he was carrying a gun, so he was charged with unlawful carrying a weapon in prohibited place.
Christian is in the Nacogdoches County Jail.
