A tragic accident on Interstate 10 in Vidor sent at least six people to the hospital on Sunday and blocked the road for some time.
Vidor Police Chief Rod Carroll told KFDM that the crash involved two eighteen wheeled tractor trailer trucks and four other vehicles. However, it was later reported that known of the injuries were severe and that they were all taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
There is no word on what caused the crash.
