Motorcyclist fled from Polk County deputies, crashed into a creek

The Polk County Sheriff’s Department says a 61-year-old man on a motorcycle led deputies in a pursuit and it came to an abrupt end when he crashed into a creek. It happened Friday afternoon on Farm to Market Road 350, just northwest of Livingston. Deputies said after crashing the motorcycle, Tracy Henderson Allen, of Livingston, then fled on foot into a heavily wooded area, He was later found and taken into custody. According to deputies, Allen was already named in a warrant for Evading Arrest, and now he has another charge of Evading Arrest.
