The Jefferson County Grand Jury has indicted a motorcycle gang leader who investigators say has been sex trafficking girls for prostitution.
Michael Leonard Cupp, 49, was indicted on a charge of Promotion of Prostitution. If convicted he could face up to 10 years in prison.
The case was investigated by a Texas Department of Public Safety special agent and the FBI.
