The charges or accusations continue to pile up on former Jasper Game Warden Justin Charles Eddins.
KJAS Radio News learned Tuesday that a Grand Jury in Sabine County has handed down three indictments charging Eddins, who once served as star of the popular tv show "Lone Star Law", with False Statement to Obtain Credit in Provision with Certain Services stemming from incidents alleged to have occurred in March and July of 2022 involving the Sabine State Bank at Hemphill and the Doches Credit Union in Nacogdoches to obtain loans of over $30,000.00 or more.
A few weeks ago the Grand Jury in San Augustine County charged 47 year old Eddins with similar crimes involving the Southside Bank of Tyler.
According to the indictment, beginning on or about March 22nd, 2022 and ending on or about November 10th, 2023, Eddins intentionally and knowingly made a materially false or misleading written statement to Southside Bank, namely using another person's name and credit, with the intent to obtain credit, namely loans, and the value of the amount of credit was $150,000.00 or more but less than $300,000.00.
The alleged crimes or dishonesty is said to stem from crimes involving real estate.
Since the allegations surfaced a few months ago, Eddins was suspended or removed from the Texas Parks and Wildlife.
