Texas DPS issued an update at 1:00 AM Friday reporting that the toddler out of Denton has been located.
The AMBER alert went out Thursday night after officials say Dominic Burgos, 4, was abducted. He was last seen with the suspect, his non-custodial mother, in Denton on Canyon Verde Lane on June 3, who is now in Denton Police custody.
The suspect in his abduction is Selena Grasty, 40. There are limited details to where Dominic was found and if there are any charged pending for the suspect.
