KIRBYVILLE, Texas (KTRE) - On Monday afternoon, Kirbyville police officers responded to a call about several men threatening someone with guns.
The incident happened at around 1:12 p.m. on Monday. When officers responded, they were able to take three men into custody for allegedly threatening the person with their weapons. One man managed to get away from officers and is still at large, Sheriff Chuck Havard said.
He is described as a black male wearing red shorts. Havard said he is carrying a rifle, as well.
The manhunt is still active with several law enforcement agencies involved, Havard said.
