A man wanted in an insurance fraud case has surrendered to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department.
According to the report, an investigation began on July 25th when 31-year-old Kyle D. Fussell, of Kirbyville, allegedly used his ex-wife’s information to open an insurance policy without her knowledge or consent.
The report said a warrant was issued on Wednesday on a charge of Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information, and Fussell turned himself in on Thursday morning.
