LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - A man was arrested after driving a truck into a Lufkin home Saturday, where officers found him sitting on the tailgate, police say.
Brian Rogers, 42, is charged with driving while intoxicated, public intoxication, failure to drive in a single lane and having an expired driver’s license.
Lufkin police responded to the wreck at a home in the 800 block of Abney Avenue around midnight, according to a release.
There, they found Rogers sitting on the truck’s tailgate, which was partially in the home’s living room, the release states.
No one was injured.
