A Brookeland man has been charged with damaging the parking lot in front of the Lake Rayburn Volunteer Fire Department and also breaking a glass window in a Jasper County Jail cell.
The report says 40-year-old Justin Elton Key shattered the window while in was incarcerated on November 30. Replacement of the window cost $1,551.10.
The report went on to say that recently Key recklessly drove an ATV on the fire station parking lot and caused approximately $980.00 worth of damage.
Key has been charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief.
