A man has been arrested after security camera video showed him attacking a restaurant employee in Beaumont. It happened Saturday morning on the parking lot of the International House of Pancakes on Eastex Freeway near Dowlen Road.
The suspect, 53-year-old William Miller, was found and arrested by Beaumont Police on Saturday night at Parkdale Mall.
Miller has been charged with Robbery and Criminal Trespassing because he had previously been issued criminal trespass warnings and was barred from being at the restaurant and also at Parkdale Mall.
If convicted he faces up to 20 years in prison.
