OVERTON, Texas (KLTV) - The Overton Police Department announced the arrest of a man in connection with a burning car found in Sept.
According to the OPD, on Sept. 18, Overton police officers and the Overton Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to 412 N Warren Street in reference to a vehicle fire.
According to police, video was obtained from a nearby business that identified Randy Eugene Reid as the suspect in this case.
Police say Reid charged with arson on Nov. 5th, while being held in the Rusk County Jail on unrelated charges.
Reid’s bond was set at $50,000.00.
