SULPHUR, La. (KPLC) - A Mamou man is accused of sexually assaulting a Sulphur woman in her sleep.
Quincy Jack, 49, faces a count of felony sexual battery.
On May 13, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office began investigating a sexual battery complaint at a Sulphur home. Investigators say Jones arrived at the woman’s home uninvited, entered the woman’s bedroom, and assaulted her while she was asleep.
Detectives found evidence confirming Jack was at the home, CPSO said.
Jack was found by authorities later that night and was arrested after questioning, CPSO said.
Jack was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Jail, where he’s being held on a $100,000 bond.
