SHELBY COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - Deep East Texas Electric Cooperative has announced a planned power outage will take place on Wednesday. The outage will last from about 1:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. on July 3, the cooperative said. Crews will use the time to perform maintenance on Huxley Substation. The outage will affect residences along FM 417 around the 4000 block, north on FM 3172 to the FM 139 bridge, Huxley, Huxley Bay, Ragtown, Rolling Hills and Doyle English.
