BOSSIER CITY, La. (KPLC) - A man in Bossier City is facing more than 500 charges connected to child sexual abuse material.
Herald Francisco Huete Vivas, 32, was arrested on Thursday and booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility. He faces 579 counts of possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as well as two counts of producing CSAM and one count of possessing, trafficking or importing a child sex doll.
Agents from the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation say they found an account linked to Huete Vivas containing 581 files depicting CSAM. In two of those files, Huete Vivas was allegedly speaking on a live video call to a child exposing themselves.
Additionally, LBI agents say the account also contained videos showing Huete Vivas using a child sex doll, which was later recovered from his home. After being taken into custody, Huete Vivas admitted to viewing CSAM and buying the sex doll from Temu.
Attorney General Liz Murrill’s office says that Huete Vivas is a Nicaraguan national with no legal status in the United States. His bond is currently set at $750,000.
