Tyler County Sheriff Bryan Weatherford says a Louisiana couple has been jailed on drug charges. Weatherford said it began with a traffic stop for multiple violations on Highway 69 near Warren. According to the sheriff, deputies encountered the driver, Will Lee Oser, 41, and the passenger, Wendi Marie Miles, 34, both from Winnsboro. Weatherford said deputies found in the vehicle both methamphetamine and marijuana, which the woman said belonged to her. Oser was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Expired Vehicle Registration, and No Proof of Insurance. Miles was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
