Grand Jury has indicted man accused of shooting up a Beaumont fire station

The Jefferson County Grand Jury has indicted a man accused of firing multiple shots into and damaging a Beaumont fire station. Police say 20-year-old Kindall Anderson was actually shooting at a teenage girl and another person at about 3:00am on Sunday, August 18th. They weren’t struck by the bullets, but the fire station behind them on Helbig Road was. Anderson is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Deadly Conduct. Judge Marc DeRouen set bond at a combined total of $100,000.00 and also ordered Anderson to wear a GPS monitoring device, and to have no contact with the intended victim.
