LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - Longview police arrested a man on Wednesday after they say he stole from several stores last weekend.
Police began searching for Daqalyn Charles, 22, of Longview, on Saturday after multiple thefts were reported from local dollar stores. Authorities obtained a robbery warrant for his arrest, and found him after another theft was reported on Wednesday.
Officers said Charles was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, and he was charged for this in addition to robbery. He has been booked into the Gregg County Jail and is being held without bond.
