LIVINGSTON, Texas (KTRE) - Livingston Police Department arrested a student over the weekend.
A parent alerted school district administration that a junior high student had made a threat on social media, and that it was shared with other students.
School administration contacted local law enforcement and the student was arrested.
The district posted that it takes all threats seriously and asks parents to help them educate their students on the consequences of poor behavior.
