The Sabine County Sheriff’s Department says there will be a large presence of law enforcement officers at the Hemphill ISD school complex this week.
The department says it is area-wide training which is mandated by the State of Texas, and it involves several law enforcement agencies from around the area.
The sheriff’s department is asking for people to not go onto school grounds while the training is underway.
