A Louisiana man is undergoing treatment for serious leg injuries after his car struck a tree head-on early Wednesday morning. It happened shortly after 5:00 on Highway 63 West near Farm to Market Road 2799 in the Curtis Community. Texas Department of Public Safety Sergeant Shana Clark said Dylan Leblanc, 30, of Crowley, was driving a 2015 Dodge passenger car eastbound when he apparently fell asleep at the wheel. Beech Grove firefighters responded and removed Leblanc from the car, and he was then flown from the scene by medical helicopter to a Kingwood hospital.
