Jasper County deputies arrested a Kirbyville man early Thursday afternoon after they responded to a report of him trespassing. According to Sheriff Chuck Havard, it happened about 1:30 in the 13,000 block of Farm to Market Road 252. Havard said Lieutenant Jason McLelland and Sergeant Chris Wade arrested 33-year-old Cody Bossley and he was taken to the Jasper County Jail and booked in on a charge of Criminal Trespassing. According to the sheriff, Bossley did not own the property and he refused to leave when he was told to do so.
