Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard said Friday that an Inappropriate social media post had resulted in the arrest of a Kirbyville man who had been charged with the crime of Publishing Intimate Visual Material, which is a State Jail Felony.
According to Havard, James Graham Jr., 45, posted nude or graphic images of another person on social media without the permission of that individual.
Havard said Graham was arrested without incident and was taken to the Jasper County Jail where he was at last word still being held.
