KEITHVILLE, La. - A Keithville bicyclist killed when he was struck by two vehicles as he traveled down a rural road early Thursday, has been identified by the Caddo Parish Coroner's office. James Evans, 38, was struck by a truck and then dragged by another vehicle just after midnight on state Highway 789. The incident remains under investigation by the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Offices.
