Jasper man accused of indecent exposure at Kirbyville

Police in Kirbyville say Billy Joe Glazier, 58, from Jasper, was arrested on three counts of Indecent Exposure with the latest incident alleged to have occurred at a cafe on Tuesday evening. Records reveal that Officer Cal Morgan was called to Elijah’s Café in Kirbyville when the manager there that a man was masturbating under a table. Officer Morgan took statements from all the individuals at the restaurant and was then dispatched to 614 W. Lester Hawthorne Street where a woman there reported that the same incident had occurred there. However, officers later received a report that still another similar incident had occurred on Levert Street and that officer Frank Ermias had caught the man in the act of exposing himself. The suspect, Glazier was arrested and taken to the Jasper County Jail, where he was later charged with three counts of Indecent Exposure.
