Jasper County woman arrested after meth found during traffic stop

JASPER COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - Deputies arrested a Jasper County woman after drugs were discovered inside her car during a traffic stop Sunday evening.

According to a Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputy post, Victoria Wilson, 25, from Brookeland, was first stopped for an expired registration on FM 255 in north Jasper County.

The deputy then conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle where less than a gram of meth was found inside the car.

Wilson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and booked into the Jasper County Jail with a $7,500 bail. She later bonded out of jail, according to Jasper County Sheriff’s Office records.
