JASPER, Texas (July 31, 2026) — Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard announced Thursday that a man wanted on felony charges in Jasper County has been arrested in Arkansas.
According to Havard, Kevin Caudell, 41, was wanted on a failure-to-appear warrant stemming from an original charge of theft of material, a state jail felony.
Caudell was taken into custody in Malvern, Arkansas, on Thursday.
Sheriff Havard said authorities will continue to pursue fugitives wanted by Jasper County courts.
"If you have a felony warrant out of Jasper County, we will use every resource available to ensure warrants issued by our courts are served," Havard said.
