The members of the Magnolia Festival Committee have been busy all year getting ready for the 38th Annual Magnolia Festival to take place this weekend in Kirbyville. It all begins on Thursday with carnival rides and will continue through Saturday night. Kirbyville Mayor Frank George invites everyone to come out to the event which will be great fun for all ages.
