Identities released of victims in fatal Hardin County crash

We’ve learned the identities of the four victims in a Friday evening crash in Hardin County involving two motorcycles and a car. It happened on Farm to Market Road 327 between Silsbee and Kountze. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 50-year-old Brenon Proulx, a native of Jasper who now lives in Silsbee, was driving drunk when he crossed the center line and his 2006 Saturn Ion crashed head-on into the two motorcycles. Proulx was arrested and he’s charged with three counts of Intoxication Manslaughter. The victims were:

James Means, unknown age – deceased

Cici Means, age 12 – deceased

Allen Wesenberg, unknown age – deceased

Aiden Wesenberg, age 7 – broken leg
