A Golden Triangle man was killed early Wednesday morning accident when the ATV he was driving crashed into a car. It happened at about 3:30 on Highway 87 at County Road 3110 in the Call Community. The Texas Department of Public Safety says 21-year-old Kaleb Harvey, of Nederland, was driving a Kawasaki ATV northbound on the southbound lane of Highway 87 when he crashed head-on into a southbound Nissan Versa, driven by 51-year-old James Pennington, of Newton. Harvey was pronounced dead at the scene, while Pennington wasn’t injured.
