Jasper County deputies and state troopers converged on a house on County Road 293 on Tuesday and captured a fugitive with a parole violation warrant. According to the report, they arrested 34-year-old Frederick B. Jackson, Jr. The report said that Jackson had removed his ankle monitor and then went into hiding. He’s now in the Jasper County Jail and his fate will be decided by the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole.
