Orange Police say four people were shot early Monday evening, and one of the victims is hospitalized in critical condition. It happened at about 6:35 in the 200 block of Morrell Boulevard, north of the downtown area. The names or ages of the victims have not yet been released, nor has the identity of the suspect. At last word the case remained under investigation.
