BJACH has posted several offices that are relocating over the next few weeks.
Patient Centered Medical Home is moving to its newly renovated clinic area July 20-24, 2020, inside Entrance B, across from the present location. The appointment line can be reached by calling 337-531-3011. Appointments are also available for booking on http://tricare.com.
Patient Advocacy office is moving back to room 2654 and 2656, located in Entrance B, July 24, 2020. The office will be up and running Monday, July 27. Phone numbers will remain the same - 337-537-3628/3880.
Inpatient Records and Correspondence will be relocating back inside Entrance B July 27-31, 2020. Medical records will be fully operational during the move. One staff member will be assisting patients with their medical records during the move. The new location will be fully operational August 3, 2020.
The Managed Care Division is moving August 12-13, 2020, and will be closed. The new location will be in Annex A, located outside Entrance A (lower level). Managed Care will reopen for regular operation on August 14 in their new location. Emergencies can be addressed to the Chief of Managed Care at 337-238-8935.
