Polk County Today is reporting that four people were arrested in a Tuesday meth bust. Both the Polk County Sheriff’s Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety Narcotics Division executed an evidentiary search warrant at a home just southeast of Livingston. Once inside, deputies said they discovered a large amount of methamphetamine, and the four people in the house were already named in warrants for unrelated crimes.

~Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information
~Motion to Revoke Probation on original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance
~Failure to ID-Fugitive with Intent to give False Information
Tereza Lynn Pond, 52, of Livingston
~Possession of a Controlled Substance
~Failure to Stop at a Designated Point
~Allowing Child to Ride Unsecured
~Violation of Promise to Appear
