Details are not yet known, but Daily News & More is reporting that a Florida man has been arrested in Sabine County and is charged with three counts of Sexual Assault of a Child. It's not yet known if the alleged crimes occurred in Sabine County, or if the man was wanted for crimes which occurred elsewhere, and he was found in Sabine County. According to the report, 33-year-old Juan Luis Santiago Hernandez, of Orlando, was recently arrested by U.S. Marshal Jeff Coulter and was booked into the Sabine County Jail in Hemphill. The report said that a request has been made for the arrest affidavit and other information, such as Hernandez' bond.
