Heavy rainfall caused flooding in the Warren and Ivanhoe Communities in Tyler County, and it resulted in Warren ISD cancelling school on Monday.
Ivanhoe received more than 7 inches of rain while Warren received more than 5 inches of rainfall.
Houses, vehicles, and at least one church were inundated with flood water.
The Tyler County Sheriff’s Department reported flooding on Highway 69 in Warren and also several county roads.
