CORRIGAN — At the request of the Corrigan Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Texas Rangers assisted in the arrest of a Corrigan ISD teacher — following an investigation that began on Jan. 30 of this year — on multiple charges of online solicitation of a minor, a third-degree felony and improper relationship between educator and student, a second- degree felony. Anthony Jernigan, 35, was placed in the Polk County Jail. This is an ongoing investigation. Additional information is not available at this time.
