Jasper Police Detective Joshua Hadnot said Thursday that a recent drive-by shooting in the southeast side of town is still under investigation, and officers are asking for anyone with information about the suspect to come forward. Hadnot said it occurred at about 1:3o a.m. on Sunday, December 4th on Shady Lane. According to Hadnot, several houses were hit and damaged by bullets, but fortunately no one was injured. If you know anything about the crime, you're asked to call the Jasper Police Department at 409- 384-3471. You do not have to give your name.
