SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - The Shreveport Police Department is currently looking for a convicted sex offender who they say has committed sexual crimes again.
On Nov. 26, 2025, SPD started an investigation into Joseph Little after getting information about possible sexual misconduct with two children. Detectives interviewed the two victims, a 12-year-old and a 13-year-old; during the interview, they reportedly gave information describing Little’s indecent behavior with them.
“Protecting children is not optional — it is our duty. We need the community to stand with us and say clearly that these disgusting crimes will not be tolerated."

As a result of this, an arrest warrant has been issued for Little on charges of indecent behavior with a juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Police say Little is already a convicted sex offender; he was previously convicted of aggravated rape, and has a history of offenses involving kids.
