The Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Department says a convicted sex offender has been arrested on child pornography charges. Sheriff Mark Herford says deputies have arrested 42-year-old Christopher Culton, of DeRidder, and at last word he remained behind bars. Culton was charged with two counts of Pornography Involving Juveniles and one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. At last word bond had not yet been set.
