Buna firefighters were dispatched to a car fire in Buna at the Exxon Jiffy Mart located on US Hwy 96, across from the Family Dollar, just after 2:30 pm on Friday, September 22, 2023. The vehicle was leaving the parking lot when it caught on fire. The make and model of the vehicle is unknown at this time. The northbound traffic has been diverted to the left lane as firefighters work to extinguish the fire.
