CADDO PARISH, La. — Caddo Parish has implemented an immediate parish-wide burn ban effective Tuesday evening, due to heightened fire danger.
The ban, announced by parish officials, is a response to forecasted conditions including extremely low humidity and high winds, creating a significant risk of wildfires. All outdoor burning is prohibited under the ban.
The burn ban will remain in effect until conditions improve and fire danger subsides. Parish officials will provide updates regarding the lifting of the ban as warranted. Residents are urged to comply with the ban to prevent potential wildfires and ensure public safety.
