A Buna man has been re-indicted by the Jasper County Grand Jury in a child sex crime case.
Donald Colley, 35, was originally charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, and the new charge is for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.
Colley turned himself in on Monday morning and was booked into the Jasper County jail. His bond was set at $1 million.
