The Jasper County Sheriff’s Department says a Buna man went to jail on Wednesday. According to the report, 43-year-old Donny James Luckey, a resident of Cougar Country, was named in a Motion to Revoke Probation warrant issued in Hardin County after he was originally arrested on a drug charge.
It was Luckey’s second arrest in just over a month and his third arrest this year.
On August 31st he was arrested and charged with Theft, and in February he was arrested after he was accused of burglarizing a home and also stealing a travel trailer.
