JASPER COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - A Buna man was arrested after he surrendered to law enforcement Monday after being re-indicted on a child sex abuse charge.
According to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, Donald Colley, 35, of Buna, turned himself in to the Jasper County Jail on a warrant for continuous sexual abuse of child.
The sheriff’s office said Colley was originally charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child before being re-indicted on the more serious charge.
Colley’s bond was set at $1 Million.
