BEAUREGARD PARISH, La. (KPLC) - A Beauregard Parish woman and her boyfriend are facing charges after her 1-year-old child was sent to the ICU.
Kristen Lane, 24, and Chance Cole, 23, each face a count of second-degree cruelty to a juvenile, according to Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford.
The case was first reported to BPSO on Saturday, Jan. 18, Herford said. The 1-year-old victim was sent to a Baton Rouge hospital, where, at last check, they remain in the ICU.
Details of the investigation have not been released.
