The 3rd Annual Battle for the Paddle Gumbo Cook-off takes place on Saturday, February 10 at the Beauregard Parish Fairgrounds in DeRidder, LA. Under the outdoor pavilion. Anyone can enter from Amateur to Professional for a chance at prizes and bragging rights. Cooking begins at 7:00 until 11:30. Winners announced at 1:30 PM.
