RUSK COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - The Rusk County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man accused of sexually assaulting a child after he failed to appear at a court hearing.
The Rusk County Sheriff’s Office said a warrant was issued for the arrest of David Ray Young, of Mt. Enterprise, after he missed a hearing in his child sex crimes case on Wednesday.
Young was originally arrested by U.S. Marshals in March 2025 in Van Zandt County for continuous sexual assault of a child. Young now faces additional charges of failure to appear.
